Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey completed on July 14, 2022 found that Spiritrust Lutheran Home Care & Hospice had corrected the deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C & D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state licensure and Medicare certification survey completed on May 19, 2022.
